Welcome to this episode of Worklog, where today we dive into the launch of Sofa’s new podcast player. I'll share insights on the marketing strategies we implemented leading up to the launch, the excitement of launch day, and what’s transpired since.
Before the big day, we crafted a targeted marketing plan to engage our audience. This included teasers and sneak previews that really built anticipation. As I worked on these, I was reminded that “effective marketing is about telling a story that resonates” with listeners.
On launch day, the energy was electric! We saw an enthusiastic response from users eager to try out the new features. It was rewarding to see our hard work pay off as we received great feedback. Following the launch, I focused on refining user experience based on early feedback.
