Welcome to today’s episode, where we’ve got exciting news for Raleigh residents! JP’s Pastry, a beloved bakery specializing in gluten-free treats, is opening its third location right here in Raleigh. Owner Joe Parker shared, “It’s time to bring it closer to our customers in Raleigh. Everyone drives out here.”

The new shop will be located at 2310 Bale Street, just off Wake Forest Road, and is set to open between late May and mid-June. It will feature JP's famous Hawaiian rolls, biscuits, and cinnamon rolls, which Parker spent years perfecting.

After overcoming challenges from the pandemic, the bakery is shifting focus to retail with this new location and plans to hire two to three employees. With aspirations of further expansion to cities like Winston-Salem and even Richmond, they’re growing intentionally, as Flores said, “We want to do it right.”

Get ready, Raleigh! JP's Pastry is about to sweeten your day.
