Start small. Commit to one post per week—share career insights, personal experiences, or even a hobby that relates to your work. Over time, you’ll bypass gatekeepers and build real connections. When a job opens, you can DM a hiring manager: “I just applied for XYZ role. Really excited about the opportunity.” Your brand will move your résumé to the top of the pile—and you might even get offers coming your way without applying at all. That’s your edge in today’s job market.
