Hey everyone, welcome to Your Fit Minute. Today we’re talking about Peloton’s hidden gem: stacked classes. As Lifehacker’s Lindsey Ellefson puts it, “Think of Peloton’s stacked classes as a playlist.” Instead of stopping one ride to hunt for the next, you queue up everything in advance—warm-ups, rides, stretches, yoga, strength sessions—right from the app or your Bike touchscreen.
Here’s how it works: under any class’s Start button, tap the stack icon—two little rectangles with a plus sign. Build your sequence, then hit Play on the stack icon on your Home screen. Classes auto-play back to back, so your heart rate stays up and you avoid that “decision paralysis.” You can’t stack live classes until they’re on-demand, and you can’t add the same class twice, but modifying your stack is as easy as dragging to reorder or tapping Remove.
I love that after each workout, you get a pop-up to keep going or stop, and every class still counts individually toward my Peloton history. Give stacking a try—your next full-body workout is already queued up!
